US President Donald Trump has indicated that he is considering additional strikes on Iranian infrastructure, including power plants and bridges, as tensions between Washington and Tehran continue to escalate.

According to Fox News, Trump said during a telephone interview that Iran has been delaying negotiations on a potential agreement, prompting the United States to review further military options.

The US president suggested that key elements of Iran’s infrastructure could be targeted if diplomatic progress remains stalled. He argued that Tehran had missed an opportunity to reach a deal that would have been beneficial to the country.

Earlier, in a statement posted on his social media platform Truth Social, Trump claimed that Iran’s military had been severely weakened and that significant portions of its navy and air force no longer effectively exist.

He further accused Iran of relying on rhetoric rather than action and stated that the country would now have to face the consequences of delaying negotiations.

Trump’s remarks have intensified concerns about a possible escalation in the region, with analysts warning that any attacks on critical infrastructure could further destabilize the Middle East and increase the risk of broader conflict.

Iranian authorities have not yet issued an official response to the latest comments made by the US president.
