Egypt has officially announced its 27-man preliminary squad for the FIFA World Cup 2026, with captain Mohamed Salah leading the team.

Head coach Hossam Hassan revealed the squad ahead of the tournament, which will take place from June 11 to July 19 across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

The squad includes a mix of experienced stars and emerging young talents.
