Court Grants Major Relief to YouTuber Ducky Bhai

Popular YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, widely known as Ducky Bhai, has received significant relief from the court as his name has been cleared for removal from the Passport Control List.

During a hearing at the district court, Judicial Magistrate Naeem Wattoo presided over the case. The accused, including Saad ur Rehman, appeared before the court and marked their attendance. The case was registered by the cyber crime investigation authorities over the alleged promotion of online gambling applications.

During the proceedings, the investigation agency submitted a report stating that Saad ur Rehman’s name has been removed from the Passport Control List. The report explained that his name was initially placed on the list due to lack of cooperation during the investigation, but after securing bail, he joined the inquiry.

Officials informed the court that they now have no objection to removing his name from the list, and a formal recommendation has already been sent to the relevant authorities for approval.

It is worth noting that Saad ur Rehman is still facing charges related to the alleged promotion of online gambling apps; however, the recent development marks a major legal relief for the YouTuber.
