Lahore Court Rejects Bail Plea of YouTuber Ducky Bhai in Gambling App Case

Lahore’s Sessions Court on Thursday rejected the bail application of popular YouTuber Saad-ur-Rehman, widely known as Ducky Bhai, in connection with a case related to the promotion of online gambling applications.
Additional Sessions Judge Sajida Chaudhry announced the decision after reserving it earlier this week. The case was registered by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA), which accuses the YouTuber of promoting gambling platforms such as Binomo.
Authorities arrested Ducky Bhai on August 17 at Lahore Airport as he attempted to travel abroad. His name had been placed on the Provisional National Identification List (PNIL), preventing him from leaving the country.
Investigators claim to have uncovered evidence of suspicious payments and digital records linking him to online gambling promotions. According to NCCIA, a smartphone seized from him contained WhatsApp numbers, data, and financial records tied to illegal activities.
The YouTuber was initially placed on a two-day remand, and the court has directed officials to continue the probe and submit a comprehensive report.
