Medico-Legal Report Fails to Establish Cause of Humaira Asghar’s Death

The final medico-legal report into the death of model and actress Humaira Asghar has revealed significant findings but no conclusive cause of death. According to the report, bloodstains were found on her T-shirt and trousers, though the DNA retrieved was insufficient.
The report further stated that her body was incomplete, with only bones recovered—all intact—but vital organs were missing. Due to this, the cause of death could not be determined.
Police sources highlighted the lack of a national blood and DNA databank, which has hindered the investigation. However, forensic analysis confirmed no traces of toxic or narcotic substances in the remains.
