The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the induction of cricket legends Inzamam-ul-Haq, Misbah-ul-Haq, Mushtaq Mohammad, and Saeed Anwar into its Hall of Fame for 2024.

This prestigious honor recognizes their remarkable contributions to Pakistan cricket. PCB Chair Mohsin Naqvi lauded their achievements, stating that their talent and dedication have elevated the country’s cricketing legacy.

The induction follows a transparent voting process conducted by an independent panel of PCB Hall of Famers, former women international cricketers, and cricket journalists.

These players will join an illustrious group of legends such as Imran Khan, Javed Miandad, Wasim Akram, and Waqar Younis. A formal ceremony will be held later this year, where the inductees will receive commemorative caps and plaques.

Each of the four inductees has left an indelible mark on cricket. Inzamam-ul-Haq was instrumental in Pakistan’s 1992 World Cup triumph, while Misbah-ul-Haq captained the team to the top of ICC Test rankings in 2016. Mushtaq Mohammad led Pakistan to its first Test win in Australia, and Saeed Anwar is celebrated for his extraordinary batting record.

PCB’s initiative aims to inspire aspiring cricketers to follow in the footsteps of these legends, ensuring that their legacy continues to shine bright.
