Gold prices declined in Pakistan, with the rate of 24-karat gold falling to around Rs454,000 per tola on August 14, 2026.
According to local market rates, 24-karat gold was priced at Rs454,000 per tola, while the rate for 10 grams stood at Rs389,240. The price of 22-karat gold was around Rs416,282 per tola.
The decline comes after the 24-karat gold rate was reported at Rs460,436 per tola on August 13, meaning the latest rate is around Rs6,436 lower per tola.
International gold prices also moved lower as investors took profits following a recent rise in the precious metal.
Gold prices in Pakistan are influenced by international bullion prices, movements in the Pakistani rupee against the US dollar, and local supply and demand conditions.
Silver prices in Pakistan were also reported at around Rs6,952 per tola and Rs5,959 per 10 grams on August 14.
