Thirty-year-old Indian social media influencer Nidhi Tiwari, from Madhya Pradesh, has reportedly died in a suspected suicide.
According to Indian media reports, Tiwari had around 900,000 followers on Facebook and 700,000 on Instagram. Her videos attracted millions of views, making her a prominent digital content creator.
Tiwari reportedly won the ‘Miss Pretty India’ title in 2024 and was pursuing opportunities in modelling and acting. She was also active in digital content creation and regularly shared content on social media.
Indian media reports said her family recently found her unresponsive at home and took her to a hospital, where doctors confirmed her death.
According to her family, Tiwari had appeared distressed while speaking to someone over the phone shortly before the incident. Police have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding her death, including the conversation she had before the incident.
Authorities have not yet reached a definitive conclusion about the cause of her death.
