A charge sheet in the alleged theft of 36 tons of iron from Pakistan Steel Mills has been submitted before the Judicial Magistrate Malir in Karachi.
The charge sheet filed by the investigating officer names eight accused, including a senior officer and a security guard.
According to the charge sheet, the suspects were allegedly caught red-handed while transporting the stolen material in a dumper.
The investigation report also alleges that one of the accused, Chaudhry Akram, pressured the complainant to withdraw the FIR.
Meanwhile, the name of another suspect, Tawab Khan, was reportedly removed from the case due to insufficient evidence.
The case concerns the alleged theft of 36 tons of iron from Pakistan Steel Mills. Further legal proceedings are expected following the submission of the charge sheet before the court.
