Pakistani singer Atif Aslam says he does not miss working professionally in India, but he does miss the people and fans who have supported his music there.
Speaking in a recent interview with an Indian YouTube channel, Atif Aslam discussed his connection with India and his relationship with his Indian audience. He said the Indian government imposed restrictions on Pakistani artists working in the country, and as a result, he has not recorded a song for India for nearly 10 years.
Despite the restrictions, the singer said his music continues to reach fans in India through alternative channels. According to Atif, some of his Indian fans use VPNs and other means to access his music.
The singer added that while he does not feel the absence of professional work in India, he does miss the people and fans there.
