Karachi: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has released rainfall data for the last 24 hours, showing light to moderate rain in several parts of Karachi, with DHA Phase 7 recording the highest rainfall.

According to the PMD, DHA Phase 7 received the highest rainfall of 6 millimetres during the past 24 hours.

The report shows that Surjani Town recorded 5.5 mm of rainfall, followed by Gulshan-e-Hadeed with 5 mm.

Other recorded rainfall included 4 mm in Keamari, 3.2 mm in Nazimabad, 3 mm at PAF Masroor Base, 2.6 mm in Gulshan-e-Memar, 2 mm in Saddar, and 1 mm in North Karachi.

The Meteorological Department also reported 0.5 mm of rainfall on the M-9 Motorway and 0.4 mm at PAF Faisal Base.

The rainfall brought pleasant weather to many parts of Karachi, providing relief from the recent heat and humid conditions.
