Washington: U.S. President Donald Trump has said that he does not need any instructions or advice from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Speaking during a telephone interview with Fox News, Trump reaffirmed that the United States maintains a tough position on Iran and will not allow Tehran to violate its commitments.

Trump alleged that Iran had breached previous agreements, prompting the reimposition of sanctions and other restrictive measures. He warned that if no agreement is reached, the United States would complete its mission regarding Iran.

The U.S. president also claimed that America has full control over the Strait of Hormuz and asserted that no vessel heading to Iran could bypass the U.S. blockade.

He added that the ongoing negotiations are focused solely on Iran's nuclear program, while accusing Tehran of repeatedly changing its position during the talks.
