A dedicated vaccination centre has been activated at the Civil Surgeon’s Office in Peshawar to facilitate Umrah pilgrims.
According to focal person Ghulam Murtaza Shah, vaccination will become mandatory for Umrah pilgrims from Peshawar from October 15. Pilgrims will be able to travel without vaccination until October 14.
He said the centre has 20 counters for men and women to facilitate visitors. Two NADRA facilitation centres are also being established at the vaccination centre.
The focal person advised Peshawar residents to get vaccinated at least 10 days before their journey to avoid any difficulties during travel.
