After dominating the Indian box office, Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan is all set to take his blockbuster film ‘Jawan’ to international shores, with a release scheduled in Japan on November 29. The actor, fresh from his Best Actor win at the 24th International Indian Film Academy Awards, took to his social media platform X (formerly Twitter) to share a thrilling new promo of the film, building excitement for its Japanese debut.
Shah Rukh Khan teased his fans with a glimpse of the film’s intense narrative, tweeting, “Get ready for an intense, fiery, and action-packed adventure as #Jawan makes its way to Japan.” The film, co-written and directed by Atlee in his Hindi film debut, is produced by Gauri Khan and Gaurav Verma under the Red Chillies Entertainment banner.
‘Jawan’ tells the gripping story of a father and son duo, both played by Shah Rukh Khan, as they navigate a world of corruption and societal issues. The plot centres around a jailer at a women’s prison who assembles a team of inmates to pull off daring heists. Packed with high-octane action sequences and a gripping storyline, ‘Jawan’ has already earned critical and commercial success in India.
