The Supreme Court of Pakistan has refused to grant immediate relief to Bahria Town in its plea to halt the auction of its properties, marking a significant legal setback for the embattled real estate giant.

A three-member bench headed by Justice Aminuddin Khan heard the case and directed that copies of all references against Bahria Town and its founder, Malik Riaz, be submitted to the court.
