Russian Influencer ‘MotoTanya’ Dies in Tragic Motorcycle Crash in Turkey
Tatyana Ozolina, the 38-year-old Russian social media influencer known as “MotoTanya,” has died in a tragic motorcycle accident in Turkey. The incident occurred while Ozolina was riding her red BMW S1000RR between Mugla and Bodrum. According to Turkish media outlet Turkiye Today, she lost control of her bike near Milas and collided with a truck. Emergency services arrived at the scene, but she was pronounced dead before they could transport her to the hospital.
Ozolina was traveling with fellow biker Onur Obut, who survived the crash but sustained serious injuries and is currently hospitalized. Another biker at the scene was unharmed. The circumstances surrounding the accident are under investigation by Turkish authorities.
Reports from The Sun indicate that the crash was triggered by a collision with another rider group, leading Ozolina to brake abruptly. Unable to avoid the truck, she lost control and suffered fatal injuries. Her death has left her family, including her 13-year-old son, in shock.
In tribute, Andrei Ivanov, head of the MotoMoscow Association, honored her memory, stating, “MotoTanya is not with us anymore… she had a bright and beautiful life…. Millions of people followed her. Perhaps there is not a single motorcyclist in the country who was indifferent to Tatyana.”
Ozolina was widely known as “Russia’s most beautiful biker,” with over 1 million Instagram followers and 2 million YouTube subscribers. Her social media presence, featuring over 1000 posts about her motorcycle adventures, has garnered a significant following and admiration.
