Rashid Naseem Smashes 191 Walnuts with Head Blindfolded in 1 Minute, Sets Guinness World Record for Pakistan!

In yet another awe-inspiring display of strength and dedication, Pakistani martial artist Rashid Naseem has made history once again—this time on Italy’s popular reality show Lo Show Dei Record.

Wearing a blindfold and proudly displaying the Pakistani flag on his chest, Rashid smashed 191 walnuts with his head in just one minute, shattering the previous record of 150 and bringing glory to the country.

Following his thrilling performance, Rashid was awarded a Guinness World Record certificate and a medal in front of a cheering audience and an impressed host. He dedicated this achievement to the people of Pakistan and vowed to keep making the nation proud through his unique talent.

Despite setting over 125 world records, Rashid continues to lack official support from the government. “I’m promoting not only Pakistan globally but also highlighting our rich culture,” said Rashid. “No one has promoted Sindhi culture through sports like I have.”

Rashid has previously performed on international platforms in countries including Germany, Korea, China, and now once again in Italy.
