PTI Leaders Indicted in Shadman Arson Case by ATC Lahore

The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore has indicted senior PTI leaders Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Dr. Yasmin Rashid, Ejaz Chaudhry, and Mian Mehmood-ur-Rashid in connection with the Shadman police station arson and rioting case. The hearing was conducted at Kot Lakhpat Jail under the supervision of Judge Manzar Ali Gul.

During the hearing, the charges were read out to the accused, and the court summoned witnesses for the next hearing on December 19. Additionally, the court adjourned proceedings in cases related to the Askari Tower burning and other incidents until December 23.

The indictment marks a significant development in the ongoing legal proceedings against prominent PTI figures, raising questions about accountability and justice in politically sensitive cases.
