The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has finalized its decision to issue a license to Starlink, the satellite internet venture by Elon Musk. According to PTA officials, the licensing process is nearly complete, with only security clearance remaining before Starlink can officially start its operations in Pakistan.

Starlink’s satellite internet service is anticipated to revolutionize connectivity, particularly in rural and remote regions of Pakistan where broadband services are often inadequate or nonexistent.
