Pakistan Secures Historic Victory at UK Long Range Shooting Championship 2024

Pakistan has made history with an impressive performance at the prestigious UK Long Range Shooting Championship 2024, held at the legendary Bisley Ranges in Great Britain from September 3 to 8. The event witnessed participation from 160 elite shooters representing 18 countries, making it a highly competitive and globally recognized tournament.

Despite the fierce competition, Pakistan’s 18-member shooting team rose to the occasion and delivered a stellar performance. The team bagged a total of 11 medals—three gold, four silver, and four bronze—showcasing their professional excellence on the global stage. Among the standout gold medalists were Junaid Khattak and Ahmed Javed, who demonstrated extraordinary precision and skill in the FTR (Fullbore Target Rifle) category.

In addition to their medals, Pakistan’s shooters also made their mark in the individual standings, with three competitors securing spots in the top 10 overall rankings. This remarkable achievement highlights the shooters’ dedication, resilience, and hard work, bringing immense pride to the nation as Pakistan’s flag was raised in celebration at an international event.
