Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Ali Amin Gandapur, has clarified that any dialogue with the government will commence only after the release of the PTI founder. Speaking to Geo News, he stated, “I will follow the PTI founder’s directives at all costs. My authority lies with him, and I will act as per his instructions.”

The CM highlighted the commitment of PTI workers to peaceful protests, asserting that they would remain in Islamabad’s D-Chowk until the release of the PTI founder and other prisoners, as well as the acceptance of their demands.

He accused the government of causing public distress by blocking motorways and major highways in panic. “Despite these obstructions, we reached Islamabad in the last protest and will do so again,” he asserted.

Gandapur also criticized the federal and Punjab governments for their response, describing the protest as peaceful while condemning road closures that he claimed harmed ordinary citizens.

The situation underscores heightened tensions, with both sides firm in their stance as the political deadlock continues.
