Nabeel Zafar’s Hilarious Take on Inflation

Renowned Pakistani actor, director, and producer Nabeel Zafar has voiced serious concerns about inflation and skyrocketing electricity bills — but with his signature comic flair.
Speaking on a private TV program, Nabeel said:
“Electricity bills are so high, they can literally give you a heart attack!”
He admitted that he now obsessively turns off extra lights and fans at home, fearing massive bills every month.
“It’s like my father’s spirit is in me now — I keep saying, ‘Bill bohot ayega bhai!’”
Nabeel also revealed he has installed a solar system at home to cope with rising costs. But in typical Karachi fashion, cloudy weather plays spoilsport. With a smile, he added:
“When I see clouds, I silently tell them: either rain or go away, so my solar can work properly!”
His humorous take on a serious issue has gone viral, striking a chord with millions facing the same crisis.
