Motorway Police Constable Shot Dead by Wife in Katlang, Mardan

In a shocking domestic tragedy, a Motorway Police constable named Mohammad Zubair was shot dead by his wife in Mian Khan village, located in Katlang Tehsil of Mardan district.

According to police sources, the accused woman opened fire on her husband during a domestic dispute. The victim, Mohammad Zubair, died on the spot. He was a serving constable in the Motorway Police and the father of three young children.

Law enforcement from Baizai Police Station swiftly responded to the incident and arrested the woman along with the murder weapon. A First Information Report (FIR) has been registered, and investigation has begun into the motive and circumstances of the crime.

The incident has shocked the local community and raised concerns over rising domestic violence cases.
