Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has launched a groundbreaking initiative aimed at revolutionizing the educational landscape in the province. The new “Smart Classroom Project,” unveiled at government Kinnaird Girls High School on Empress Road, introduces state-of-the-art technology developed in collaboration with Huawei.
The Smart Classroom Project leverages artificial intelligence to enhance the learning experience. The cutting-edge classrooms feature advanced technology, including cameras that record lectures, allowing students to revisit and engage with lessons beyond the classroom setting. In her remarks during the launch event, Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz emphasized the significance of this project, stating, “Incorporating Huawei’s technology into our classrooms is a testament to our commitment to providing high-quality education to every student in Punjab. Our goal is to elevate every government school to the standards of the best private institutions.”

The launch event was attended by notable figures including Parliamentary Secretary for School Education Nosheen Adnan and Provincial Education Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat, highlighting the collaborative efforts that brought the project to fruition.
