Imran Khan’s Sisters Say PTI Founder Told Nation to ‘Prepare for Freedom or Death’
In a press conference held alongside PTI leaders, the sisters of former prime minister Imran Khan claimed that he is being kept in solitary confinement and that the family has repeatedly been denied permission to meet him. The sisters alleged mistreatment of female supporters, arrest of minors, and police aggression during protests.
They stated that Imran Khan has sent a message to the public, urging them to “prepare for freedom or death.” According to them, despite court orders, family access is restricted, and party lawmakers have faced alleged manhandling. The sisters vowed not to leave Imran Khan “alone under any circumstances,” asserting that the PTI founder has chosen to remain in Pakistan despite pressure to go abroad.
