At the “Badal Do Nizam” public convention held in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Jamaat-e-Islami chief Hafiz Naeemur Rehman launched a fierce critique of Pakistan’s current political, economic and educational structure. He said the interest-based economic system is in direct violation of Islamic principles and is destroying the country’s financial foundation.

He criticized the stock market, calling it a hub of speculation rather than real economic activity. Addressing Pakistan’s weak IT progress, he warned that technological stagnation threatens the country’s future.

He concluded by emphasizing that only a complete system-wide transformation can ensure justice, development and prosperity for the people of Pakistan.
