Government Implements Biometric Screening at Airports to Elevate National Security

In a significant step to reinforce border security, the Pakistani government has mandated the installation of biometric machines at all airports nationwide, making biometric verification compulsory for all international travelers. The Interior Ministry announced this new measure, which aims to prevent wanted suspects and high-risk individuals from traveling in or out of the country.

The biometric technology will be deployed at international immigration counters where passengers will undergo verification before boarding.
