Foreign Elements Involved in Jafar Express Attack, Terrorists to Be Pursued, Shahid Rand

Balochistan’s provincial ministers and government spokesperson held a press conference condemning the increasing incidents of terrorism in the province. Balochistan government spokesperson Shahid Rand stated that foreign elements were involved in the Jaffer Express attack, and authorities would relentlessly pursue those responsible for terrorism. He further emphasized that terrorism has no religion and vowed that the provincial government would take strong action against terrorists.
Ministers noted that the Balochistan Assembly is the largest forum for negotiations, and Prime Minister Imran Khan has also extended an invitation for dialogue. Shahid Rand explained that the provincial government has always made clear its stance on negotiations, and recently, an in-camera meeting on law and order was held — a historic first for the province.
Provincial Minister Zahoor Baledi stated that foreign elements were behind the Jaffer Express attack and that such acts could be an attempt to sabotage the CPEC project. He also emphasized that efforts would be made to pursue the terrorists responsible for killing innocent civilians in Balochistan.
Minister Shoaib Nosherwani expressed outrage over the killings of innocent people and vowed to deal with terrorists in unconventional ways.
