FIA Investigates Nadia Hussain Over Bribery Allegation

The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has launched an official investigation against model and actress Nadia Hussain under the PECA Act after she publicly accused an FIA officer of demanding a bribe.

According to FIA officials, the person Nadia accused was not an officer but an imposter who had used a fake display picture. She was informed of the situation and was advised to lodge a formal complaint at the Cyber Crime Reporting Center in Karachi. However, she chose to share her accusations on social media instead.

Authorities have identified the suspect as a resident of Vehari and expect to arrest him soon. Despite being provided with the facts, Nadia allegedly persisted in her accusations, damaging the FIA’s reputation.

The FIA emphasized that making false allegations without evidence is a criminal offense, and an investigation against Nadia is now officially underway. The case highlights the consequences of unverified claims on social media and the legal implications of defamation under cyber laws.
