Explosion in Pishin Kills Two Children, Leaves 12 Others Injured

An explosion took place near Surkhab Chowk in Balochistan’s Pishin district on Saturday, resulting in the deaths of at least two children and injuries to 12 others. According to police sources, the explosion was caused by an explosive device planted on a motorcycle. The blast was powerful enough to damage three nearby vehicles.

The injured, including policemen, were immediately rushed to the hospital for treatment. The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) and Bomb Disposal Squad quickly arrived at the scene to collect evidence and initiate an investigation into the incident.

Balochistan Government Spokesperson Shahid Rind strongly condemned the terrorist act and directed the provincial health department to ensure that the injured receive the best possible medical care.
