Emergency Declared in Upper Chitral Amid Devastating Monsoon Rains and Glacier Bursts

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister has declared an emergency in Upper Chitral following the widespread destruction caused by monsoon rains and glacier bursts.
