Bushra Ansari Defends Ex-Husband Iqbal Ansari, Urges Public to Refrain from Negative Comments

Renowned Pakistani actress Bushra Ansari has opened up about her personal life and her stance on public criticism of her ex-husband, Iqbal Ansari. During a recent appearance on a morning show, where she was accompanied by her daughter, Bushra candidly shared her thoughts on various aspects of her career and personal life.

The veteran actress, who married Iqbal Ansari in 1978 and divorced him in 2019, revealed that she doesn’t tolerate anyone speaking negatively about her ex-husband. She stressed that despite their marital issues, Iqbal Ansari has always been a loving and supportive father to their daughters.

Bushra said, “People often say negative things about Iqbal Ansari, but I make it a point to stop them. He is the father of my daughters and has always been there for them, no matter the circumstances. It is my moral duty to prevent others from speaking ill of him.”

She further added that the problems between her and Iqbal Ansari were personal, and it is not anyone’s place to judge or criticize him. Bushra also expressed her displeasure with the negative commentary that often circulates on social media, stating that such behavior is not only unproductive but also harmful.
