Arrest Warrants Issued for Islamabad Judge Humayun Dilawar and Family Over Land Encroachment Allegations

A Judicial Magistrate in Bannu has issued arrest warrants for Islamabad Judge Humayun Dilawar, his father Dilawar Khan, and his brother Sadiq over allegations of illegally occupying valuable government land. The case revolves around accusations of encroaching on public property, with claims that the family unlawfully seized a prime piece of government land.

In addition to the judge and his family, Assistant Registrar Mall Taj Mali Khan has also been implicated in the case and has had an arrest warrant issued against him.
